I booked an appointment with Priority One because my Mitsubishi split-pane was not draining properly. My technician Truman was on-time and professional. He was polite and very friendly. Truman quickly worked on the unit and diagnosed that the lack of drainage was due to the water/drainage pump was clogged. He quickly cleared the clog, tested that the pump was working, reassembled my unit, and helped me clean up. I am thoroughly satisfied with this service and will happily use them again!
