I have so many good things to say about Priority One heating. First, I love the monthly payment option plan they offer. Second, they always send friendly, patient, and helpful technicians, who arrive on time and are pleasant, yet professional.
Today’s (6/18/26) technician, Kyler, was also very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He recommended a more thorough cleaning today, and showed me how dirty the components were and that a good cleaning would increase the system’s efficiency and air quality. It had been a few years since the last thorough cleaning, so we went ahead with it. I really rely on the system for my heating and cooling, so I appreciated his careful inspection and recommendation. Anyway, Kyler and I had a nice visit while he was here too….talking about our family pets and things. What a nice young man and great employee you have. Exceptional customer service all around.
