Did a good job

Kyler serviced our air conditioner and hvac system this morning and exceeded our expectations! He was extremely kind, willing to respond to our concerns and patient while explaining how to set our thermostat. In addition, Kyler was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated the dedication that was evident while he was in our home.

Everything went smoothly from the quote to the installation. Everyone at Priority One was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands from the very first contact. I highly recommend Priority One and their awesome team. Eric handled the annual maintenance and was friendly, informative, and friendly. He answered all questions and consistently volunteered information about my system and how to use it efficiently. I will ask for Eric in the future also. Thanks! I would like to add to my review. The emergency service at Priority One couldn’t be better! I’ve had the system for several years now and absolutely love it. On Sunday evening, we noticed that one of the units was leaking water. Mike from Priority One came out within 20 minutes! We couldn’t have asked for better service! Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He checked both units to make sure everything was okay. He displayed a great sense of humor while battling his way through cobwebs in the garage. Mike took care of our emergency quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Mike! And than you Priority One!

Paul did a really great job with the maintenance of my heat pump and AC unit. He also cleared out my intake valve. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind person. Thank you! I love my system, it saves me so much money in my electric bill. Simply outstanding!

Our heat pump quit working, but fortunately Mike was able to come out for a same day appt. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair the unit that day. He made the whole process as painless as possible. For future needs, I will request him by name.

Clark and Riley provided excellent service. They installed a new split-type air conditioner in our home. They kept us well informed of their progress as they installed the new unit. They fixed cosmetic issues created by the previous installer. We couldn’t be happier with their work.

Tim was very efficient, extremely personable and a good teacher. We definitely would like him to be the one who does our annual maintenance next year.

From the estimate to the installation, Priority One did an excellent job. The price quoted was in line with other quotes, but included more services and a better warranty. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Priority One again.

Braden is a really nice guy. Knowledgeable and very competent.

We just had our yearly upkeep appointment. Kyler, the technician, was polite and knowledgable. He patiently tolerated our three dogs who were underfoot and left an overall good impression. Thank you for the great service.

The maintenance professional, Adam, arrived promptly. We surveyed the premises together and he listened quietly and professionally and answered in like manner. His questions were straight forward and he wasted no time as he quietly began working after telling me the locations he would be accessing. When completed with his tasks, he reviewed the checklist of the evaluation of my system and again listened to my queries and answered knowledgeably and thoroughly. Working with Adam was very positive. I felt informed and confident with his work. I must add with much enthusiasm that any and all staff I dealt with in making my appointment were professional, efficient, accommodating and I knew each one took a genuine interest in a thorough and positive outcome. Mike does great work on top of being professional and friendly.

Casey and Anthony were great about explaining things so that I’d understand what they were doing. I learned some new things about my ductless system! They were respectful of my home and very thoughtful and courteous to me. They were kind enough to get out of their truck when they were ready to leave to take a look at the outdoor unit as I had a question or two that I’d forgotten to ask. Thank you!! BTW the price I listed included the cost of the yearly savings program.

Priority One is the best in the business. From everything to minor repairs to whole system replacement they get the job done fast at a fair price. Nice people too.
