Tim and Elo installed a heat pump at my parents house. They were exceptional in their work and knowledge sharing. Everyone at Priority One has been great to work with.

I have so many good things to say about Priority One heating. First, I love the monthly payment option plan they offer. Second, they always send friendly, patient, and helpful technicians, who arrive on time and are pleasant, yet professional. Today’s (6/18/26) technician, Kyler, was also very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He recommended a more thorough cleaning today, and showed me how dirty the components were and that a good cleaning would increase the system’s efficiency and air quality. It had been a few years since the last thorough cleaning, so we went ahead with it. I really rely on the system for my heating and cooling, so I appreciated his careful inspection and recommendation. Anyway, Kyler and I had a nice visit while he was here too….talking about our family pets and things. What a nice young man and great employee you have. Exceptional customer service all around. Each visit makes me glad I chose your company! Thank you! 😊😊😊

I called cuz I needed help with my thermostat and they told me to check the batteries which I did and found they were upside down so I corrected that and now my thermostat works. I was impressed that they told me to do that instead of coming out and charging me for a service call like I'm sure a lot of companies would. I would highly recommend this company

He took the time to give me a thorough rundown of the system and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and explain everything. He clearly knew his trade, answered all of my questions, and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs.

Priority One always does the most thorough ductless heat pump tune up of any company. Mike is an excellent technician, which is why I request him. Mike is very knowledgeable and thorough, is courteous and does a great job of explaining everything and answering any questions that I may have. A valuable part of your company.

This was for emergency call on a Saturday. We had a house guest and it was a warm day. It was important to have someone like Tim get the repair done promptly. He was able to get to our home in 20 minutes. Tim did a complete testing of the system and fixed the issue timely. Thank Tim. Great job!
