I have nothing but great things to say about this company, and I find that to be the exception these days. The entire process went without a hitch. A real plus was the installers were able to use critical thinking skills themselves to make important decisions. This was a dream team!

I have an issue with an old electric furnace. It takes hours to heat my relatively small house. I called Priority One and they had their technician come out the next morning. Chris is an awesome technician. He was very patient with my dumb questions and took the time to explain things to me thoroughly. You can tell he 100% knows what hes talking about. During that visit, I mentioned to Chris that I might be interested in replacing my electric furnace for a gas furnace. So Chris called Phillip, who is an estimator, and Phillip was up at my house withing 30 minutes. And he was awesome too. He listened to my issues and provided a few solutions. I am very impressed with Priority One. They are a professional company with well trained and very friendly staff. At no time did I feel like I was being sold anything or pressured to buy anything.

I’ve been using Priority One for over 15 years. I think the twice yearly maintenance, that I pay monthly for keeps everything fits my budget. The program keeps all your equipment running efficiently.

I always enjoy my maintenance visits from Priority One, every tech is so friendly, professional, non-judgemental and good to my dogs.

Had a great visit with Mike of Priority One yesterday, when he serviced my dryer venting system. He was prompt and professional, fixed the issue, and provided lots of troubleshooting information. Super visit, highly recommend!

Rashard was very friendly and respectful of our home while conducting our annual maintenance check. Two of our units required extra cleaning. He took pictures and clearly explained the issue, how to address it, and wrote up the cost before beginning the additional work. Our appointment was late in the afternoon and as it was almost 5:00 I presumed the additional cleaning would have to be scheduled for another day, but he stayed until everything was done and I appreciated not having to make another appointment.
