Our air conditioning unit stopped working late Friday night and the heat was climbing. We called on Sat. and Tim came to our home in the time frame promised. When he arrived, he checked the unit outside, the thermostat and the attic. He diagnosed the problem, installed a replacement filter and condenser capacitor (which he happened to have with him - thank goodness!) and then the air conditioning came back on. It was so wonderful to hear it! Tim reviewed the charges with me clearly and I felt very happy about the work, his professionalism, expertise and positive attitude. Highly recommend this company and would give 10 stars if I could!

The serviceman arrived early, introduced himself and got right to work. He was polite and efficient in his dealings with me. I have been with Priority One for over 10 years and have always been pleased with their service.

Our technician, Paul, was very communicative and easy to talk with. Paul was thorough in his examination of our heating and cooling systems, and was detailed and easily understood in what his recommendations were for preventative maintenance, and the lifespan of our system within without these improvements. We found Paul to be a will put together and informative technician who is easy to speak with and we highly recommend Paul to everyone.

Technician was Chris. He is very knowledgeable and professional and pleasant. He called ahead of his timely arrival, answered my numerous questions and did a thorough job. This was my second time using Priority One. Samantha
