Paul was courteous, knowledgeable, and went over the process in detail. He brought items that warranted our attention, without pressuring us into action. He was efficient and took precautions to keep the house clean as he was working with the splits. We would recommend this service call, and Priority One, without hesitation.

I've been using Priority One 4 years and am continuously impressed by them. I've not had a single bad experience. Their office staff is great, their technicians are awesome, and I trust them. One of the best things is when they come to do maintenance, the technicians educate me on my system and make sure I know how it runs best. I can't recommend them highly enough.
