Very professional and virus safe and friendly.

Andy and Reily came out to replace our old unit with a new one. They were both polite and knowledgeable. Luckily they got through with testing right before there was a neighborhood power outage. Power came back after I left. They told me to call if I had issues setting up the thermostat. Thank you all.

Tim was thoughtful, thorough and professional. A job well done. He spent time explaining how things work and how the system is different than my gas furnace since I went all heat pump. I really appreciated that.

Chris was careful and polite. He went above and beyond cleaning and repairing. He described concern over the wear and tear on some parts of the system and advised future action. He did a very thorough job and I commend him for his friendly and professional approach. Thank you, Chris and PriorityOne staff for making us comfortable again so quickly.

Rashard came out for my annual service and later returned to do a deep cleaning on my AC and heating units. He was extremely polite, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating customers the right way. After the deep cleaning, the unit is running noticeably better and everything was left spotless when he finished. It’s hard to find technicians who are both knowledgeable and personable, but Rashard absolutely delivered. Highly recommend Rashard and Priority One Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone needing HVAC service.

I had my yearly maintenance of my HVAC system performed yesterday by their highly knowledgeable and efficient technician Anthony. He arrived on time (they schedule in 2 hour windows which really nice) and performed all the required servicing in short order. I have used priority for over 10 years now and have always been pleased with their service.

Tim was great! He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. He fixed our air conditioning, gave us details and updated us about future repairs. Shootout also to Michael Jones and one other guy whose name is escaping me, who helped to repair our heating earlier in the year. Both of them were top notch and shared their process and knowledge about the furnace and heating system in addition to fixing it. Recommend them and the company overall!

Prompt, clean, professional.

Had my regular six month maintenance. The tech is always professional on time and does an excellent job explaining anything that my system needs.

We have been with priority heating for more than 22 years. Whenever we had any problem with heat pump, they were so prompt and fixed the problem. When our temperature control box stopped working, they replaced it free saying it was under warranty, which I did not remember. Today technician Casey was at our house for regular checkup and was very thorough and explained problems very well. He suggested a few options based on his observations and helped us to choose best option.
