Braden came out to work on our 2 yr old Bosch heat pump that wasn’t blowing cold air. He quickly identified the issue as a blown power surge component. The part needed to be ordered and it would be approx one week to get the part in and get it installed. With temps in reaching mid-90’s, he was able to call around and source the part and he went and picked it up and came back and installed it that day! I hope Braden’s supervisor sees this review because he deserves kudos! 10/10 thank you Braden!!!!

I'm a realtor and the AC on one of my listings wasn't cooling. Truman followed up during his visit to let me know he found a few potential causes, and the only charge will be the for the diagnostic. All fixed! I will definitely keep Priority One at the top of my list. It's clear why they have so many great reviews.

The system maintenance was done right away along with investigation of a problem with one of the exterior drainage cover which was loose and allowing debris from attic to fall onto the patio. This was explained to me and I was shown how to reconnect the drainage cover if it comes loose again. This i really appreciated so that I could close that off myself if needed. Also he explained one unit would need to be taken apart to clean the upper area. He gave the the amount this would cost and finished this service while he was here. The whole appointment was done efficiently, explanations were thorough and easy to understand, and he was very pleasant to work with.
