Our rental agency scheduled a routine maintenance with Priority One for our furnace heating. To be quite honest I dont look forward to routine maintenance, random strangers in our living space, and subpar customer service.
My experience with P.O. was far from a bad experience. Over the phone they scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. I recieved a heads up the day before, so no suprises there. Jesse (HVAC tech) showed up on time and was super friendly and informative. He was super easy to talk to, almost like talking to an old friend.
