Thorough, professional, and explained problem thoroughly. Found (and fixed) problems other service techs did not.

They are great to work with and helped me find any money saving credits which was so very appreciated 🙂

Priority One has been a wonderful company to work with for my home air conditioning system. And today Paul came out and re-installed some siding covers that the siding company had removed but didn’t know how to put back up. They were able to fit me in last minute, showed up promptly and got the job done in no time. Paul was friendly, prompt and did an excellent job.

In the early process of roof replacement the furnace vent/exhaust was covered/sealed by a tarp. We awoke to no heat and a system error code on a Saturday morning - left calls via Angi requesting someone to come check hvac Tim responded, arrived with in the time frame provided and promptly took care of business. Appreciated his professional, polite, friendly demeanor.

Priority One went above and beyond for me. An ice storm knocked out my heating system and they came and concocted a temporary solution to give me immediate heat. A few days later, when the roads were clear, they came and fixed the problems permanently. Both men were efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and very kind and polite. I highly recommend them!
They came again and replaced my entire duct system. The crawlspace was very tight, yet they were very kind about it. They completed the job in less time then expected, tested everything, and made sure I was comfortable and well informed before they left. They were respectful of my property and polite and informative with me. I would highly recommend this company again and again.

Eric got the system running in minutes and found an issue with the A/C system that definitely would have caused a problem in the summer and fixed that as well. He also gave me some good suggestions for keeping the system clean and functional.
