Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Position Overview

Priority One Heating & Air Conditioning is looking to add an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This full-time position earns a competitive wage of up to $75,000 – $100,000 a year (depending on experience).

Duties & Responsibilities

As an HVAC Service Technician, you provide superb service to our customers by quickly and efficiently maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing their heating and cooling systems. Depending on the day, you might go from performing a maintenance to replacing a compressor.

Requirements

• 5 years residential service experience; preferred but not required
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Willing to work flexible shifts and overtime when needed
• Ability to be on call for after hours calls on a scheduled rotation
• Reliable attendance
• Good listener
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Handle high stress times
• Take pride in your work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., work from heights and in small crawl spaces
• Have the ability to express technical information in layman’s terms by having outstanding verbal and written communication
