Courteous, efficient and professional!

I’ve been using Priority One for over 15 years. I think the twice yearly maintenance, that I pay monthly for keeps everything fits my budget. The program keeps all your equipment running efficiently.

I always enjoy my maintenance visits from Priority One, every tech is so friendly, professional, non-judgemental and good to my dogs.

Had a great visit with Mike of Priority One yesterday, when he serviced my dryer venting system. He was prompt and professional, fixed the issue, and provided lots of troubleshooting information. Super visit, highly recommend!

Rashard was very friendly and respectful of our home while conducting our annual maintenance check. Two of our units required extra cleaning. He took pictures and clearly explained the issue, how to address it, and wrote up the cost before beginning the additional work. Our appointment was late in the afternoon and as it was almost 5:00 I presumed the additional cleaning would have to be scheduled for another day, but he stayed until everything was done and I appreciated not having to make another appointment.

we have used Priority One for many years. They have consistently provided accurate analysis and preventative maintenance on our heating and air-conditioning units, allowing them to last about six years beyond their rated life expectancy. Casey, today, found that our system is reaching its limit and showed us the test results to allow us to make a decision about replacement plans. I love the honesty and professionalism of this company and employees like Casey. Phil arrived to examen the needs our home and the options available now after 26 years of technological advancements.

Our heat pump was acting up after a power outage. It was Saturday and our usual heating and AC company was not open. Priority One has regular hours on Saturday and were there when I called at 7:30AM. They got my info and a rough idea of the problem and said they would have the technician contact me within an hour. I was contacted as promised and the technician was there about 30 minutes later. Justin was very professional, did a thorough evaluation, found a circuit board that had been fried and then sat down with us and explained the problems and our options, etc. We were impressed with the clear explanation and the extra time he took to make sure we understood the fix and various possible preventative actions that were available. Parts were ordered and he set our unit up so we still had heat while awaiting the parts. He gave us a clear idea of the timing to complete the repairs. We were extremely pleased with our experience with Priority One.

One year later—-
The unit has worked flawlessly since Priority One was out last year for the repair. Today we had yearly maintenance. I was texted about the appointment yesterday and then this morning the technician called about 15 min prior to arrival. He was right on time. Very professional, yet genial. Careful to wear shoe covers when inside the house and left everything clean. Got right to work, did his thorough inspection and tune up and was on his way. Still 5 stars!

Another year later——
Unit continues to work well. Had yearly maintenance. Since there is a pandemic going on the technician was careful to socially distance and wear a mask. He checked everything and said we were good to go for another year. Once again, excellent service, prompt arrival, and good communication.

And another year later—
Our heat pump continues to work flawlessly. Priority One was here for yearly maintenance of unit. Excellent technician, wore mask, socially distanced, very thorough, explain everything, and made sure to clean up after his work. Excellent service, 5 stars!

It’s been 6 years now -
Priority One again came out for yearly maintenance. Hunter was the technician and was awesome. Thoroughly checked system, went over everything with us and cleaned up better than it was when he came. Even noted there was some lint in our outside dryer vent and cleaned that out for us ( not even part of his job!) excellent service, 5 stars!

A year later-
Jesse from Priority One came out for our yearly maintenance. He was awesome. Very personable and professional. Check the system. Thoroughly performed a little maintenance on the insulation of our ductwork and checked out our compressor and cleaned it out. Gave me a good explanation of what he done and returned all that thermostat settings to their original points. Once again, excellent service. Five stars.

Mikey from Priority One called ahead, showed up on time, and was very courteous and informative about the condition of our heating and AC system, including reminders about changing the air filter and the advanced age of our system. Great job!!

Jesse was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly and even went the extra mile to take care of a programming problem on my thermostat. He was conscientious to ensure he took care of everything and cleaned up any areas before he left. Highly recommend Priority One and their staff.

Chris was absolutely great! Did a fabulous job, answered all our questions and got us taken care of for another year of maintenance. Whenever we need them, they have always come through for us.
