The Technician was spot on and informative. I would definitely recommend Priority One

Kyler has serviced our furnace the last two years. He is considerate, professional, and informative. He walked us through each step of his inspection. We have and old furnace (25 years) and he explained why it needed to be replaced. We are very comfortable with that decision.

Clark was fast, friendly and professional and our dogs enjoyed meeting him as well

I've had Priority One do the annual maintenance on my HVAC systems for years because the techs know what they're doing and show me photos of any issues. I feel the company is honest, reasonably priced, and they don't pressure me. They recently replaced my 2 old heat pumps/furnaces and the techs did a great job. Before they even came into my home they put on shoe covers, laid down tarps to protect my flooring, and even vacuumed the area afterward. They installed Carrier brand which is what I wanted because of the ratings for quality, reliability, efficiency and warranty. The new HVACs are amazingly quiet!

Truman was fantastic! Highly recommend. His knowledge and care for our system as well as his people skills and customer service made him a stand out. Called ahead to let us know he was on the way, communicated at each step of the process, and followed up with a plan we could understand. Great job!

It all went very smooth.

The techs were both polite, respectful and friendly. Knowledgeable and informative and answered all our questions. All employees today didn't seem rushed or like they were under a time limit, which is nice when providing a service and clients want to feel like their needs are met and important.

Andy & his coworker were very conscientious, kind, knowledgeable and fun installers. I appreciated their work so much, I gave them each a package of Oreos! They also put up with my 3 crazy little dogs. Very highly recommended.

Adam was very thorough. He made sure my ducted and ductless systems were clean. Now we are ready for the winter temperatures.

Kellen was a great technician! I just moved into a “new to me” old house and was concerned about the cleanliness of the ducts and filters. I was prepared to pay for a duct clean and new filter, but Kellen examined them and told me I did not need those things. I am a long time Priority One customer at my last home and have signed up for a maintenance program at my new place. Thanks Kellen for his professionalism!

Brian was thorough and very educated on what he was doing. He also was very kind and very diplomatic when speaking to us about what he needed to accomplish. Very grateful for Ryan and the help he gave us today.

On an older system already installed, Paul calls ahead, shows up on time, looks professional, does his tune up thing, explains any issues with pictures, gives it an overall life expectancy, provides an additional deep clean on the core thing I requested, and cleans up completely. No swearing, or loud music, no mansplaining, no sales pitch for more stuff. He gives me care tips and how to use different features. How to prevent damage like rust, and he explains everything right down to the signatures. Thank you Paul!
